Terms of service

These terms govern your use of our services. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

Scope of work

Each project's scope is set out in a written quote or contract. Work outside that scope is agreed and priced separately before it is carried out.

Payment

Recurring services (hosting, support retainers, marketing management) are paid in advance at the start of each cycle. Projects are paid in instalments tied to delivery milestones.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you ask us to stop them before the cycle ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the custom code, design and content passes to the client. Third-party licences and components remain subject to their own owners' terms.

Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep services running, but our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the service in question over the preceding twelve months.
