Smart One Group is an Egyptian technology company working with businesses that have reached the point where technology is part of the daily work rather than something off to the side.

We started from a simple observation. Most companies have several technology suppliers — one built the website, another holds the hosting, a third runs the social accounts — and when something breaks, each one says it came from the others. The owner is the one who pays for the distance between them.

We remove that distance. We build the site or the system, run the server behind it, and handle the marketing that brings people to it — under one contract, with one team, and one account where every service, invoice and support ticket lives.

How we work

We do not start with code. We start with a session about your business: who your customers are, what is holding you up now, and what changes if this particular thing works properly. What comes out of that session decides the solution — not the other way round.

From there we work in clear stages, each ending in something you can see and use, and we stay after launch. Most of our clients have been with us for more than a year, which is the only measure we pay attention to.

What is different here

We answer. That should not be a differentiator, but in this market it has become one. Our response time is written into the contract, and there is a person on the other end of the WhatsApp.

We explain. You will not hear technical language designed to make the work sound harder than it is. You will hear what we are going to do, why, and what it costs.

We stay. We do not hand over and leave. Hosting, maintenance and support stay with us, so whoever built the system is the one who fixes it.
