FAQ
How long does a website take?
A brochure site takes two to three weeks. A business site with service pages and a blog takes four to six. The clock starts when we have your content and images, not when the contract is signed — that is what delays most projects.
What do you need from me to start?
One session to understand the business, your company content (an overview, your services, images if you have them), and access to the domain if one exists. If the content is not ready, we can write it as part of the project.
Why are prices on the site instead of "contact us"?
Because hiding the price wastes everyone's time. The figures on the pricing page are real and come straight from our system. Custom projects are the ones that need a quote, since the price follows the scope.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price shown is the price you pay. If something falls outside the agreed scope we tell you the cost before doing it, and nothing chargeable happens without your approval.
How does payment work?
Recurring services such as hosting and support are paid at the start of each cycle. Projects are split into instalments tied to delivery: a deposit to start, then a payment at each milestone you have seen and approved.
Do you support the work after handover?
Yes, and it is the part we care most about. Every project ships with a free support period, after which you can continue on a monthly retainer. Whoever built the system is the one who supports it — not a second team reading the code for the first time.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes. Every site ships with an Arabic admin panel where you change text, images, services and prices without coming back to us, and we train your team on it before handover.
Can you move my existing site to you?
Yes, and the migration is free. We move the files, databases and email, and test everything on a copy before switching the domain — so the site does not go down during the move.
Will the site work in both Arabic and English?
Yes, if that is what you need. We build both languages in from the start with correct direction for each, and the admin gives you two fields for every piece of text.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring usually alerts us before you notice. Backups run daily and we can restore to any day in the past fortnight. If the fault was ours, fixing it is not billed.
Do you work with any industry?
Our work spans education, healthcare, retail, legal services and contracting, in Egypt and the Gulf. But the industry is not the test — the test is whether there is a clear problem we can solve and measure.
