A legal practice handling German immigration matters — family reunification, marriage documentation, birth registration, appeals. Work like this always starts the same way: a call or a message, the client explains their situation, and the office asks the same opening questions again.

That does not scale. Every consultation costs time before anyone even establishes whether the case is in scope, appointments are arranged by hand, and the client has no idea where their matter stands.

We built a platform that separates the services cleanly — each type of matter has a page explaining what it involves — and then routes the visitor into booking a consultation rather than into a phone call.

Behind it sits an appointment system with an admin panel for receiving and tracking requests, payment gateways so a consultation is confirmed by payment rather than by promise, and WhatsApp as a parallel route for clients who prefer it. A case-tracking feature lets the client see where their matter stands.

The practice now has one intake path instead of scattered calls: the client reads the service, books, pays, and follows their own case — without anyone re-explaining the basics each time.

The admin panel gives the office a single view of every open request and its appointments, in place of arranging things by hand.
