The challenge

A contouring session is not a consult. It has a room, a bed, a device, a duration and a package with a remaining count. Run both in one diary and reception loses the day, and the doctor cannot see how many sessions are left.

The patient also needed to book, pay and read the plan without waiting for a call every time.

The solution

The system splits the consult diary from session ops: a reception calendar for exams, a room-and-bed board for sessions, and a device run (cavitation, HIFU, RF, EMS) with attendance.

Packages decrement. Diet plans are a library you assign. Prescriptions come from a medication catalogue. Online booking arrives as a request to approve. WhatsApp sends the confirmation, the plan and the prescription.

The result

Three clinics and online follow-up sit on one system. Reception can see whether a bed is free, the doctor can see the package and what is left, and the patient opens one file: plan, prescription, measurements and appointments.
