The challenge
The doctor works in clear calorie plans, and the patient needs a sheet in the clinic’s identity, not a screenshot. Unreviewed online booking would land appointments on a closed day.
The clinic also needed vouchers, staff advances and a close — not a cash drawer alone.
The solution
A library of coded plans (1400, 1400 + flavour…) prints in Elzokm identity: breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner and forbidden foods. The medical document is three types: report, prescription, lab request — tied to a visit and a branch.
Admission requests activate the account before the portal opens. An “online follow-up” branch sits next to Damanhur. The books have receipts, payments, cheques and advances. WhatsApp reminds for follow-up. Staff can receive a WhatsApp login.
The result
The patient leaves with a printed plan, and cannot enter the portal until the desk accepts the account. Online follow-up is a branch in the system, not an exception. The books can close the day without a sheet next to the till.
