The challenge

Obesity, underweight and clinical nutrition are not the same path. As the practice grew, patients were lost between specialty and branch, and reception ran the queue by hand.

Without one system, each branch invented its own process, and follow-up broke between the visit, WhatsApp and payment.

The solution

We built a purpose-built operating system: a public site that explains specialties and branches, a patient portal for booking and follow-up, and an internal system for admin, reception and doctors.

Reception sees today’s doctors and the waiting list. Services are priced per clinic. Offers carry a QR. Accounts roll cash, cards, transfers and wallets into one drawer. WhatsApp confirms the appointment and sends portal credentials.

The result

The system is live across five branches, and the medical team is visible to the patient before they book. Reception has the whole day on one screen, and the patient returns to their portal after the visit instead of asking for the plan or the next slot.
